Guarantee

All pieces come with a one year guarantee: during this time I will repair free of charge any faults or damage caused by normal wear and tear, as long as our jewellery care advice has been followed. Any damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, immersion in chemicals, lack of care or loss of item falls outwith this guarantee.

Repairs & Repolishing: I'm always happy to repair or repolish any of my pieces so that you can continue to wear them with joy. Spare chains, replacement parts, or single earrings to reunite a pair can also be arranged in most cases. Charges vary dependant on what's required- Please get in touch for more info.
