My store is only able to accept UK orders at present but don't worry, international customers can shop the same range over on my Etsy store!

Returns // Exchanges // Resizes

I hope that you love your item when it's received but if there's a problem, or it's faulty, get in touch ASAP. If you do want to return or exchange it, it's no problem to do so provided you contact me within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please note: Made to measure, or custom items are not normally refundable unless faulty. This includes all rings that are custom made to your size, or any personalised or customised piece. For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If you wish to return the purchase for a full refund (including original p&p), it must be returned unused and in any original packaging. Please advise you are returning before posting. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. 

Packaging

I'm on a mission to make my business as sustainable as possible and most of my packaging is fully recyclable, and is constantly updated as and when I can make it more environmentally friendly.

*My mailing boxes can be recycled in normal cardboard waste, including the paper tape that is compostable. Please remove the address label which is the only part not currently recyclable( though I am working to source an alternative)

*Jewellery boxes: Card -recyclable  Foam: not currently recyclable

*Jewellery tins:  Aluminium - reuse or recycle with household tins

*All paper, tissue etc supplied is recyclable
